Uncle Neil thinks I am really funny because every time Mommy tells me to say Uncle Neil, I say "No!" Or, sometimes, "No, No, No!" Because he thinks I am so funny, here is a special picture for him of my hair. It is the first time ever in pigtails. I hope you like this Uncle Neil! Love, Kate

I wore my hair in pigtails too when I was a little girl. It was my favorite hair do. Pretty soon Kate you'll be wearing lipstick and mini skirts and high heels too. You're going to be a little diva, I can tell.
