Yes, we've officially moved past just talking about potty training. On Sunday, I asked Kate before she went to bed if she wanted to sit on the potty. After about 10 or 15 minutes of singing and reading books, she went to the bathroom. Every night since then, she sits on the potty until something happens.
Today, she has gone twice during the day, too. It is a little hard hearing a 2 year old go to the bathroom since, well, there's so little output. Just now I asked Kate, "did you go pee-pee?" She said, "No. Butterfly."
She then was marvelling at how dark it was in the potty (with her sitting on it). Then she was going on and on about how there was a moon in there.
I guess she is right about that one at least. It does make me wonder where she got that lingo. Uncle Neil???
