Today was my birthday, so I get to narrate the blog... 
1st necessity (according to Dad): a hat. Mommy forgot to buy one, so Daddy crafted one for me. I didn't like it, as you see...going

2nd necessity (most important - according to Mom): cake!
3rd necessity: Presents!!! This is from Opa & Grandma. It comes all the way from Holland! It is very fun.
From Daddy & Mommy: A teddy bear as big as me!! In this picture, I am patting his tummy.

Hey Sophie, you're a great little story teller. I wish I could hear your dad's as well, because you are watching him so intently there.
I can't believe Sophie is one! O MY! She's getting OLD. tee hee!
Any ways, the photos are adorable. I love the fact that the bear is as big as she is.
Micah with his two daughters just makes me smile. It's amazing, C, how much we have all have grown up. Who'd ever thought you two would have such lovely little girls. It's so sweet to be able to watch them grow. And to especially see the love that you all have on your faces with them. Makes my heart melt. Love to you all.
