Our sweet friends moved out of town in January, and we only get to see them every now and again. Yesterday we met at the zoo in Asheboro.

Poor John is stuck in the stroller all day instead of playing explorer like the rest of the kids.
Sophie & Owen study the chimp. Elliott later smacked the window next to one of the other chimps who hit the window back. After this, Kate kept her distance from any primates.

Uncle Phil and I are with Kate and Grandma. They're noisy and they smell! The explorers' tent does look awfully fun!
