All three kids dressed up: Little Red Riding Hood, a farmer (he was not interested in a costume), and Fancy Nancy. 
Kate's school had a book character parade. She's carrying her "Fancy Nancy Bonjour Butterfly" book. 
All bundled up to see Kate in the 36 degree weather.

John does not look too thrilled about the cold weather. Or the parade. he needs some hot chocolate.
36 degrees?? I hope it warms up a bit by Thanksgiving !!
