Aunt Rebecca called Mommy on Wednesday with a great idea! She wanted us to come up and visit them for Memorial Day weekend. Daddy & Mommy love last minute ideas like that, so off we went to Delaware for a fun vacation!
The thing is, Aunt Rebecca never told Uncle Neil. When we got to their house at 1 in the morning, Mommy put Sophie in bed next to Uncle Neil. He was very surprised! I think Sophie was too, because she started crying a little. (I'm sure they were just tears of joy.)
Here you can see Daddy putting me in the cold waters of the Brandywine. On Saturday we toured Hagley which was a Dupont estate. They used to make gunpowder here.
